Played for a variety of Gospel groups and choirs, including writing, directing and arranging music for groups and the Gospel Aid National Choir. This led to writing and producing music and performing with top and prominent Gospel Artists, including a MOBO award winning gospel group. Qualified teacher and has taught music performance and technology at various colleges in London, whilst still continuing to work as a session musician, performing with many top UK and US artists. Has also written and produced music for BBC and Channel 4 TV programmes, as well as Managing up and coming artists. Plays Bass Guitar, Keyboard and Saxophone, and is currently enjoying working and travelling with Essex function Band TLS

Hello, I'm Costas. The lessons I have prepared for you are 2: 1. Customized keyboard lessons based on your needs. We will use in the lessons some free software to make learning more fun. Also, there will be videos made by me that will help you with studying when you are alone. 2. Electone (electronic organ) lessons. This is an instrument that is like a full orchestra as you can hear in the attached video. Below you can see information about my musical career. I started musical education at 13 with accordion and Electone (electronic organ). Obtained Grade 4 degree from Yamaha Music Foundation. Studied classical percussion and flute at State Conservatory of Northern Greece. Studied Advanced Theory, got degrees in Harmony, Counterpoint, and Fugue. Worked at F. Nakas Conservatory from 1986-2011, was in charge of Electone Department and teacher preparation. Assigned regional artistic direction of Organ Department at Filippos Nakas Conservatory from 1996-2001 for the whole of Greece, organized concerts and supervised teachers. I conceived and initiated the creation of “Music and Computers” department at Philippos Nakas Conservatory. Arranged and transcribed over 100 piano works. Wrote over 25 piano and orchestral books. Created "Easy Piano" adult learning system. Composed music for children's fairy tales and audio books. Arranged musical themes for presentations and corporate events. Involved in music composition and orchestration for the last 10 years, with music played in various countries (radio, documentaries, commercials, etc.).

I am a music graduate from Oxford University and a Fellow of the Royal College of Organists. I have over 30 years experience of teaching all keyboard instruments (classical, jazz and pop) with many students gaining excellent results in ABRSM exams, and gaining music scholarships to major universities in the UK. I am happy to take on beginners and intermediate students as well as advanced, and happy to teach all ages. I also teach Theory of Music and have worked as an academic examiner in music. I have a wealth of professional performing experience as an organist and piano accompanist, with a recording ‘The Influence of Plainsong’ on Spotify, and recent live recording on YouTube: https://youtu.be/OPAPkEpDXxw. I teach in a school as Head of Keyboard Studies so I have all the necessary UK safeguarding training and my checks are up to date. I am available to teach most days and can be flexible. My teaching hours will accommodate different time zones as far as possible, and these can be discussed individually. I have included a clip of part of a piano lesson.
