A computer or tablet with a reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. Some instruments may require additional setup.

Once you’ve signed into your account, you can search for and select a tutor. Click on book lesson. Select who the lesson is for, the instrument, level and lesson duration. If you’re happy with details of lesson, continue and look for a convenient time and date. Select and confirm. Proceed to the payment portal where you can agree to T&Cs and enter your payment details. Once your tutor has agreed the booking you’ll receive an email confirmation and payment will be taken.

Click on the Search button at the top of the page or choose the icon representing the instrument of your choice. Use the filters to select your instrument, musical style and level. Select the child safety option if appropriate. You can click on Read More to see the tutor’s profile.

Lessons are typically 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes, depending on your preference and teacher availability.

All lesson slots will be displayed in the time zone you’ve selected in your profile, no matter where teacher is located.

Click on the Join Us button in the top right hand corner of the website. Enter your email address and select the member type that suits your profile. Under 13s must ask a parent to register on their behalf. Click on sign up to access and complete your personal profile.

You can message either through the tutor’s profile page or via your dashboard. Log in to your account and select the tutor’s profile or navigate to your dashboard. Click create message. All messages will be shown in your message account.

All our tutors are professionals with teaching experience and relevant musical qualifications.

Lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours notice through our platform.
